Riverbend Heights Health and Rehabilitation is a for-profit nursing home with a total of 160 beds. We offer large private and semi-private rooms, a beauty shop/barber shop, wheelchair-accessible transportation for medical appointments, and welcoming, beautiful common areas. In addition to our post-acute, rehab to home care and long term care, Riverbend also features a dedicated dementia care unit with private courtyard and a senior behavioral health care special care unit.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and truly want to help their residents have the best life possible. They communicate care of loved ones frequently. They have an automatic messaging system and can send me messages about care, testing, appointments or general info straight to my cell by calls and texts. Building is very clean and odor free. Great place & great people!

Staff are so kind and really trying to make the residents feel at home. They even provided me dinner because I was there visiting. My husband said he was doing good and settling in. I so far have really connected with Abbey Marcia Kevin and Desiree. I feel much better about moving my husband here.

My son was recently transferred to Riverbend. The love and personal care he received while he was there could not have been any more! Welcoming my !!’We live in Florida and could not be there to make sure he was well taken care of. We have been through so many different facilities that turned out to be a nightmare.
